Our Story

I founded EduKit in 2014 to help schools to access life-changing support for their pupils, with a focus on supporting those who were most disadvantaged and on improving mental health and wellbeing for all.

I’m very proud to report that since then 200,000+ students have taken our wellbeing surveys and we connected thousands of schools with impactful youth interventions via our EduKit Connect service. However the past few years have been challenging with the pandemic and cost of living crisis; challenges that impacted schools and had a ripple effect on our team and offer.

So over the last few months we decommissioned EduKit Insight, the innovative online platform integrated with SIMs that launched in 2016, in favour of a more affordable, anonymous wellbeing survey. Schools really appreciate the ability to set up and run surveys within just a few minutes and we’ve had fabulous feedback so far.

But our story doesn’t end there. In 2019 we launched the Funded Team to provide charities and non-profits we were working with at the time with expert grant writing and consulting services. We soon expanded to support all non-profits and over the past 5 years have raised over £8.9m for the cross-sector organisations we’ve supported.

Our team now comprises 20+ fantastic business professionals who support one or both of these impactful initiatives. But whilst our products and team have evolved since our humble beginnings, our mission remains the same.

We’re committed to supporting charities and schools with high-quality, affordable services so that they can improve outcomes for those who are most in need of their support.

Thank you for being part of our journey - we’re excited about the opportunities ahead.
